How can I pay?
You pay on the day by cash or bank transfer. Payment will need to be made before we leave.
How long does it take?
Car seat cleans take around 60 to 90 minutes depending on the condition of the seats. If any extras are included this can add another 30 to 60 minutes. Prams take around 60 minutes.
How long do seats and upholstery take to dry?
Fabric seats can take up to an hour depending on the weather, type of fabric and condition of fabric - most are dry within 40 minutes. Running your engine with your heaters or aircon on hot and the windows down slightly can help speed up the drying process. Seats that need a lot of extra work can obviously take much longer to dry - possibly days in some extreme cases. Prams are usually dry within 2 hours but will need a good airflow and warmth.
Do you clean leather seats?
We do not clean leather seats. As we always want to meet with our customers expectations and offer our best efforts service we have decided not to offer a leather seat cleaning service. In our experience most of the leather seat bookings we have attended were beyond cleaning and needed either reupholstering or colour and lacquer restoration.
Can I use my car straight away?
Yes that should be fine as we supply plastic seat covers.
Do I need to clear my car?
If you have booked just a seat clean we need the seats cleared but not vacuumed, any covers removed, and any child seats unclipped. For our vac service carpets doors and centre console need to be cleared. If you have disabilities, are not very able bodied, or have young children to attend to, we will be more than happy to clear your car for you.
Do you need a power supply?
Yes. We will need to plug in our extension cable which is around 40 metres. We normally put this through the window so you don't need to leave doors open. We will also require a little water.
Can you do it roadside?
Yes as long as we can open all the doors and the car is no more than 40 metres from a power source.
Do I need to take out child seats?
Just unclip and leave them in the car.
Do you do the boot?
The boot is not included in any of our services so if you need to clear your car you can pop your things into the boot. We can carry out extra services on the day including a boot clean - just ask when we arrive and we can work out a price that suits your budget.
Do you clean the bedding on prams?
We do not clean any bedding on prams, just the pram frame and upholstery.
Are you insured?
Yes we have full insurance which covers all upholstery and public liability.
Do I have to be there?
You don't have to be present as long as you can leave the keys somewhere safe so we can gain access to your property. You can tell us this in the 'anything to tell us' section on your booking. Once we are there you can also leave us to it and we can let ourselves out and lock up.
What if I need to cancel?
Just like any other business where you book an appointment, we require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel this is so we can fill your time slot. Like other companies we will charge a standard fee of £20 for any last minute cancellations. To cancel just tap on the message, call or email icons on our website to notify us. Can I change the date?

Can I change the service on the day?
Yes this is never an issue. We are more than happy to advise you if you need to do this.
Do you get rid of stains and smells?
Yes we are experts at deep stain and smell removal however we cannot always guarantee to remove them 100% completely.
How often do you recommend a clean?
From a hygiene point of view we recommend having your upholstery deep cleaned every 3 months depending on the use they get and whether food and drink is regularly consumed whilst sitting on or in them.
Do you do commercial vehicles?
Yes. We pride ourselves on getting very grubby van seats back to clean as well as taxi, minibus and fleet car seats.
Do you do caravans and motor homes?
Yes. There may be additional charges depending on the vehicle. You can contact us for a quote by using the message, call or email icons, or via our Facebook page.
Can I leave you to do it?
Absolutely. We try to make our service as convenient to your lifestyle as possible so not to worry if you have to pick the kids up or pop to the shops. We can just lock up and leave your keys somewhere safe.
Can I book around school drop offs and pick ups?
Yes. We'll work around you - just tell us times etc in the 'anything to tell us' section when you book.
Are your chemicals safe for pets and children and people with allergies?
Our cleaning solutions are safe, non toxic, plant based and eco friendly. They are pet and child safe.
What process do you use?
Our process varies depending on the level of soiling and whether we are deep cleaning or extreme cleaning upholstery. We mainly use a low moisture steam and extraction process, sometimes with a prespray and stain removers which are then flushed out using just warm water and steam.
How do I complain?
We always welcome your feedback as we strive to meet with all our customers expectations at all times. If you find you are not satisfied with our service please contact us through the message, call and email icons on our website. We will endeavour to get back out to you within 48 hours to rectify any issues. Failing this we will offer a part or full refund.
